Say No to Election Violence

Amb. Dr. hc. StellaRita Awelle Asogwa has gone ahead to issue strong warnings and admonitions to Nigerian Youths and all Nigerians in the streets as the country’s election approaches with just a days left, as she campaigns against Election Violence on the streets of Lagos through the voice of the Foundation.

We are just a day to the Presidential Election, and the Foundation hands together with it’s amiable partner “The Irabor Creative Minds” to promote the campaign using billboards and banners throughout Lagos as an advocate for peace and unity, in line with the UN’s mission.

As an organization, we’ve chosen to use this method to sensitize the youths of communities and territories in the vicinity of Lagos—who are more likely to succumb to election violence—to abstain from it and reject thuggery.

We hope that by running this campaign, we may instill in the minds of our fellow Nigerians a desire for a peaceful election free from violence and election rigging.

While we work together to address national issues, each of us contributing our fair share to the process of creating a great nation, our collaboration has given us the opportunity to expand our arm of operation to denounce all sorts of disturbance, truancy, and menace in the community.

Dr. hc StellaRita Awelle Asogwa made a statement and expressed her confidence in the election; “We have a great deal of faith in Nigeria, and we are confident that this time, we will ensure that our votes are counted and that the integrity of our elections is maintained. We will fight any type of unfairness in our electoral processes with one voice, working with our partners to safeguard this process.” This is what she resolves to do and what she believes.

The Foundation has made the decision to stand out as a voice for national conquest, and we believe 2023 will be the year of a breakthrough on a national level. This is what we believe and what we fight for, and this campaign is a step toward moving us closer to achieving it.
